Well time flies by before you know it, we have been so busy over the last few weeks, with further fencing replacement, visitors from overseas and delivering alpacas to their new homes, it has just been manic. We are pleased to say that all our birthing for this year has seen some amazing cria being born with some astonishing fleeces and genetics, some of these cria are available for sale as cria at foot so take a look at our for sale page to see what we are releasing for sale.
Monday we delivered two boys to their new home in Cambridgeshire, John and Traci have been looking forwards to this day for a while now and despite the terrible weather the alpacas settled in to their new surroundings very quickly and were happily enjoying the grass. Apologies for the picture but i forgot the camera so had to use my phone instead.
Over the next few weeks we are going to be installing our new weight scales that will be incorporated into a walk way so that we can easily monitor the alpacas weights over winter, this is something that we have been wanting to achieve for a while now and we are finally in a position to set this up this winter.
Well thats all for today as the jobs around the farm don't get done on there own.
